Women's and Girls' Seminar

Join us for a free Women's and Girls Seminar at Gracie Barra Kitsilano on Sunday, August 16, 2026. It's open to the whole community, all ages welcome, members and non-members alike.

The seminar works as an introduction to Jiu-Jitsu, covering self defense and some basic techniques, and runs about an hour. Come in athletic clothes and bring a water bottle, no uniform needed, and try to get there about 10 minutes early so you can sign the paper waiver before things start.
